1. Overpriced quoting without a fixed rate Overall terrible quality + service.
2. Shady + bad practice (for the future customers, please get the store's writing instead of their empty pointless gibberish made by the sly old man in there)
Please be wary of possible scams happening there.

โ โ โ โ โ Unethical and dubious business practices in this computer repair shop. Avoid this shop like the plague. The boss, Rick made us head down on 3 different occasions yet my parentโs laptop was never repaired. Lots of empty promises and Rick did not even manage to diagnose the issue with the laptop at the end of it all (really speaks volumes about their expertise & competency). He was giving lots of excuses for his poor or lack of service, speaking gibberish and confusing us with technical terms in a bid to confuse customers. It took almost a month, lots of wasted trips, wasted parking fees yet NOTHING was done to resolve the problem. Beware & Do not send your computer/laptop to this shop. Would leave zero stars if there was an option

โ โ โ โ โ I was doubtful about this place as the google review looks bad but Iโm satisfied
1. The owner is friendly and responsive (is it the same owner now?)
2. I was quoted fairly (checked with 1 other shop, exactly the same)
3. No extra quote to remove 2 dead screws! I went to the first store and they quote me $30 just to remove the screw as they said it requires special tool (which I agree) but this guy remove it just with screwdriver effortlessly
4. All done in less than 20 minutes, now I have nothing to do
All in all, very satisfied

The owner Rick and his team have always been super professional and have always been there to resolve all my computer needs.
I strongly recommend this shop for all your repairs, upgrading and modification work. Applicable on my windows and apple products and system.

They give you very good solution to all your computer problems. They also give very good after sales service. You can bring your computer back anytime if there are issues after service.

โ โ โ โ โ I took all my PC upgrades, repairs etc to Rick for about four years. Belatedly I started checking the price of components. He was charging me up to three or even four times the price. When he upgraded my graphics card he got too greedy and changed the whole system. His contempt for me extended to inserting a mini motherboard into a full size tower case. Don't go if you are looking for someone who respects his customers and charges fair prices.
