I reached out to Sony Support for replacement ear tips for my wf-1000xm4 earbuds. They recommended to go to Sony Care. As you can see in the conversation attached, I had double checked that the price was $12 per set and not $12 for each side. I made a trip to Sony Care and they said it was $12 each side. Firstly why would you sell individual ear buds instead of a set, secondly you need to align your customer support with the pieces in your support center. Really disappointed. Wouldn't have made the trip out to Sony if I knew and would've bought aftermarket ones.

No reply from Sony Whatsapp number at all, despite verifying my consent and contacting them within their working hours. Enquired about my foam tips earbuds for wf-1000xm4. Disappointing quality. Torn upon ONE use. And realised others had voiced the same issue with these earbuds on the reviews here.

I was previously a believer of Sony products, especially their screens. I bought a 65" smart TV for my home and just two months after the 3-year warranty expired, the TV began malfunctioning. When I contacted Sony support about this, they told me it would take almost a week to secure a repairman, and the repair costs of the TV are estimated by the support staff to be close to the cost of buying a new one ($1,500 - $2,000), and after that hassle, it would still take another two weeks for the replacement parts to arrive! Very very disappointed with the brand equity. Sony just isn't the brand I thought it was.

Tried to call for days, no pick upโ€ฆ Tried to WhatsApp for days, zero replyโ€ฆ Is this company folded??? Bought their mini hifi set, within 6 months broke down. Never thought their products are so lousy! Now they don't even answer calls or reply messages. What a lousy after sales customer service. Don't ever buy from Sony!

Defective Sony A1. Not even one week since purchase and the paint was peeling off at the bottom. Brought it down to Sony Care and was denied a replacement or fixing of the damage as they claim that cosmetics defect is not covered under warranty. Will not recommend anyone to buy Sony products anymore. They have the worst customer service ever.
