โ โ โ โ โ I went to beunoia on 22 Apr 2021 to enquire abt their treatment package. They used to operate at Elias Mall and has shifted to Downtown East in April. The beautician Ping Ping told me she is a very practical person. She will only inform her VIP customers regarding the shift to Dte. 'ๆฌๆฅๅฐฑๆฏ่ฟๆ ท็๏ผ่ฟไธช็คพไผๅฐฑๆฏ่ฟไน็ฐๅฎ" I was so stunned and looked at her. She continued with this reply "ๆๆฏไธไธชๅพ็ฐๅฎ็ไบบ". What audacity. I didn't know Beunoia practises differentiated treatment to different people. And I am so surprise that the owner Eunice was inside the salon . This company could explain that it is a misunderstanding and miscommunication. However, when I was looking at their package, the beautician was doodling on a piece of paper. She told me she was feeling bored talking to me. Indeed, this company practises differentiated treatment to different customers. In any case, I won't sign up any package with you as you are very rude. You have lost a potential customer. Your action shows that you look down at poorer customer. Shame on you!
