This was such a dissappoibting experience. They refused to Honour a Groupon deal which Groupon are now investigating. In fact if it wasn't for the lovely people at Groupon who were very apologetic, I would be really angry they wasted almost 2 hours of my time. The manager was aggressive, rude and frankly appalling. She even threatened to call security to remove me. It was completely strange. The staff seemed nice and were very apologetic but I would absolutely avoid going here.

It's on the third floor of the international building. Access to the building's public toilet requires a key from the merchant. The reception area is spacious and clean, and the overall space is huge for a spa in orchard area! There is an area of manicure and pedicure behind the curtain of the reception. I used a voucher to try the aqua spiral facial. After cleansing and exfoliating, a layer of gel was applied for about 10-15m. Then, I had to go to one of the office rooms for skin analysis. I was talked into topping up for extraction since the photos showed that I got clogged pores. I turned it down since I have package elsewhere for extracyi9n already. Then, I was taken back to my room do the lactic acid machine treatment and some mask before getting dressed and taken to another skin analysis. What I didn't like is that the skin analysis was not informed upfront, and I had to do this half way and undressed!! The music they played was also quite loud. This is probably the first time I could not fall asleep while waiting for mask to dry, not to mention I was quite tired that day. Also read some scam news about them with SRA they had a couple of years ago.... Good I didn't buy the package which costs about $120 each time for a facial similar to what I did plus extraction.

Got a Groupon to try this place out and since then have bought a 10x package for regular monthly facials. Nothing special, just a standard scrub, mask and extraction. I love it because it's clean and spacious. My therapist, Natalie, is also very gentle and sweet. Affordable plus good central location.
