β β β β β Finally get to try this. There were a lot of outlets and was always attracted by the cute pig design outside the shop. Went for aburi buta and unagi combo just and ordered a side soup as the menu did not say it comes with soup but the staff was really nice to let me know that the combo comes with soup and let me cancel my soup order. I was served at around 20mins which I felt it was quite long as my sister have already finished her ramen while I haven't eaten. Food was okay but I feel it is slightly salty.

β β β β β Ordered the ebi salmon ikura don and the rice was way too hot it cooked my salmon lol. Understand that this dish is not the main highlight, but there is a large room for improvement. The rice was just plain rice, without mirin/vinegar mix. Service is ok.

β β β β β Have wanted to try this Japanese food each time when me and family pass by and eventually tried the following;-
Β°Wagyu Unagi Jyu ($26.5) with Onseb Tamagi -half boiled egg ($1.50)
Β°Hi Red Mazesoba ($14.80), which just reminds me of Hakka ι·θΆι£―
Β°With a Natsu No Yuki ($5.80)
Overall taste of the food, not as anticipated, was expecting the food to be more flavourful.
Service staff need to improve, some confusion over at the payment counter, where staff mixed up a take away for a customer waiting, rudely there were some loud responses exchanged at near ear level.
WHAT is wrong with them?!?! Can't you show your frustrations else where?! #@Β₯Β’β¬^!
Lightly to try others instead the next time.

β β β β β 3.5-Star: Hoho Unagi Jyu: Unagi is one of my favourite dish, here serve thick and juicy teriyaki sauces but a tab too hard
4-Star: Sake on Beach: Nice, and aromatic
3-Star: Ambience: Compare to other outlets which gives a chill drinking hole vibe, this outlet mostly a dining plc for the surrounding working crowd

β β β β β First time trying Aburi-En. Sadly, the pork bowl was a disappointment. The mentai salmon tasted nicer. To add to the dining experience, there was a baby cockroach crawling on the floor next to our table. The staff seemed to act like it was no big deal. Even the manager just said "sorry", and that was it. Like it was normal? Lost my appetite after that. :/

β β β β β Visited many times and first time making review today. Food is good , buta don is well enjoyed by my family. The pork is tender and flavorful, good value for money as well. Tea that was served is very good too. Will be one of my regular patronized restaurants.

β β β β β Excellent dining experience, attentive staff, and most importantly delicious meal.
For appetizer: Cheese Teppan Fondue Gyoza.
For mains: Prem Buta Don, Iberico Hoho Do, Ebi Salmon Ikura Don, and Stamina Don.
For dessert: Matcha Zensai.
