★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Purchased their acai bowls awhile back when they were still on Burpple Beyond. Redeemed both the Hawaiian Bowl ($11.90) and the Shiok Bowl ($14.90) one for one offer. As such, I should have a total discount of $26.80. However, upon checking the receipt, cashier only deducted $23.80 from the 2 lower value Hawaiian Bowls. Politely checked with the cashier about it and she was very defensive, rudely pushed the blame to us stating that we were the ones who didn't check before paying when she was the one who did not ensure that the discount was applied properly. Wrote in to their customer service email with receipts but received NO REPLY. As mentioned by many of the reviews, the staff working there is really quite rude, have not seen anybody with an attitude like that in the F&B industry before. Please work on training your staff and start listening to feedback. Absolutely disappointed and will not patronise again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Shiok Açaí Bowl and added nutella sauce. Was yummy even though a lil expensive. Paid $15.90 but I'm satisfied at least! It's a small joint with just 3 tables... so have to wait if you're eating there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only Acai bowl store I love in Singapore, because their Acai base is sour which I love! It’s unlike all other huge Acai bowl chains in Singapore where the Acai base is so sweet. If you prefer sour stuff, buy your Acai bowl from Acai Beach Club!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a protein bowl, taste okay but it was a small size by small I mean way too small, just a kids ice cream cup and that costed me $8.90. Peanut butter was extra $1 for like 1tbsp. Wish I could get a bigger bowl.

This shop offers digital card that we top up 160, they offer 40 to make it 200 in this digital account, equivalent to 20% off
The special promotion is they offer 1for1 on each Friday 6to8pm, very beautiful price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far this is my favorite acai bowl. I like the hawaian bowl. The portion and the topings is decent amount.
One thing, sometimes certain toppings is not available, but will be good to let us know.
The other day I order the hawaian whoch shpuld have kiwi and walnut, but as shows in the picture it doesn’t have. After I confirmed, then they told me they running out certain toppings. Hawaian is mix od fruity bowl and protein bowl so if the ingredients are not available I can get either one with cheaper price.
