★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s my umpteenth times being here at this location , while the product stays consistent all the time , I think the service is lacking far behind. 10/10 times I’m here, the staff would either look like they’re overworked or couldn’t be bothered to exchange basic courtesy such as hi or thanks without sounding like they’re forced. I don’t know, maybe they’re just part timers and adhere to “I’m too cool for school” attitude or they just couldn’t be bothered and are clueless about customer service.
This however doesn’t hurt them but it hurts your brand overall. You wouldn’t want to be associated as the brand with the best açai but the worst service. I hope you look into this. The person serving me today was a lady in a Metallica tshirt . I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s the same attitude regardless of time or day.
I rate your açai bowls to be 5/5 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order Acai from Acai Affair every week and its the only açai I ever get. Today, 24th November 2020 I ordered two triple A one large and one medium. It was very upsetting to see that no effort at all was put into the açai. Firstly, the açai arrived not even filled to the brim as seen in the photo. Secondly, Whoever made the açai threw everything by chunks meaning some full spoons I took were purely seeds and were not spread out properly like the usual. Lastly, if you're not going to have lean and green for a month plus please remove it from your menu and don't tease.
Also would appreciate some system of getting stamps on the member card when we order through grab. I am missing all these extra drizzles and free small açai!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My colleagues bought Acai before and I thought to give it a try but when I visited this outlet, unfortunately I only felt like I regret buying this. The product was fine but the service was atrocious.
There were 4 people in there, no queue and they were resting which was fine but when I approached the lady behind the counter was cold and seemed to only want me out of the way but she was speaking fine with her colleagues.
Its unfortunate but I will not be buying from this outlet on my own ever again.
