β β β β β I was glad that I decided to reach out to Iverson to seek his assistance on for my Dahon. With understanding in mind that he will be busy but I was taken by pleasant surprise with his prompt replies! ? He was patient in addressing my questions and very passionate to share what he knows - which I sincerely appreciate. Definitely no hard sell for the sake of sales and profits, but rather giving sound advices to cater to what I need and not what I want. It was also made known to me upfront the total charges incurred and only will proceed when approval is given. Photos were shared to what has been done prior to collection and I am extremely appreciative of both him and his father's effort and work put into making sure customer satisfaction is there! ? You guys definitely puts us at ease to trust you with your work.
Thanks to your father too who works tirelessly everyday and seeing him so passionate and beaming with great pride to every bike he serviced squatting there. ? Definitely will be back to seek help.

They went out of their way to diagnose a creaking sound on my bike that even Specialized themselves couldn't fix when I brought it back to their mechanics. I was really impressed by their meticulousness and attention to detail - truly great qualities that you want in people who are fixing your bike. They also took the time to explain microshifting to me, and gave extra advice to make my riding experience a good one. Thanks both and I'll see you again when my bike needs a health check up! :)

β β β β β If you need to service or repair your bike, Ace Sports Equipment home shop is just across NTU. Iverson fixed and overhauled my Marin bike - it's like new. Excellent full service and advice.

β β β β β Bought my bike for overhual as I did not ride for few years. Iverson did a good job in turning an old bike looking like brand new. Workmanship is great and price very reasonable. That is why I'm willing to travel from Sengkang to Jurong for his excellence service! Highly recommended!

β β β β β Awesome! Really awesome Kashima wheelset upgrade for my Tern bike by ACE Sports Equipment & Coaching.
This wheelset with ceramic bearings was recommended by Iverson, and I gave it a try. The freehub sound is amazing good and sounds like a aeroplane. The bike fork was also upgraded to carbon fork unintentionally but that makes the bike looks much more aesthetic than before and saved some of the bike weight. Have to thanks Iverson for all the proposals and going extra miles on this bike upgrade.
This is my second time to engage their services.
Am happy and with 100% customer satisfaction on this bike upgrade. For those who needs bike services or upgrade, you are recommended to go there.

β β β β β Recently, I went to replace my parts for my Pikes foldable bike over here, changed the bottom bracket, tires, inner tubes and pedals. My riding experience became smoother and faster. Iverson and his father are very knowledgeable about bicycle stuff, and were able to fix up my bike in no time. Highly recommended bike repair shop in the West. Thanks once again.

β β β β β Luckily I found Iverson and his father's shop nearby my place, so I don't need to travel too far. I brought my 4 Yr old Dahon for full haul, and my son's new bike for tuning and upgrade of tyres. We are in awe of our bicycles that look brand new and no more creaking sounds at all anymore! Iverson and his father are very knowledgeable and updated me of the parts that needed replacement and we collected our bicycles in just 3 days! Thank goodness we found this shop nearby, we will be back in future for other maintenance or upgrades. Thumbs up!
