I had this bowl of ramen on a chilly day a couple days back and it was so comforting ☺️ Managed to give both their Spicy Yuzu Ramen and Tonkotsu Mix Ramen a go and definitely prefer the former despite the rather uncommon pairing. Give the Yuzu Ramen a good toss and you'll realise the broth spots a lightly spicy and citrusy taste, which is more refreshing than the heavy Tonkotsu broth, and I can see why this can be a hit with patrons. The Tonkotsu ramen, albeit being rather textbook, still makes for a really comforting meal. Had the Wasabi Mayo Gyoza to go along and it wasn't too bad! Drizzled generously with wasabi mayo, I like the mild kick I get from the homemade sauce which helps to cut through the tonkatsu ramen dish as the broth gets heavy after a while.

Famous truffle ramen from London. This particular outlet has an open dining area outside which is comfortable and pretty. Noodles' texture is good. Personally prefer the Tonkotsu base without the truffle as I felt that it was a little overwhelming. But taste is subjective.

@kanadaya.sg hailing from Fukuoka, Japan and having been voted the Best Ramen in Fukuoka. Know for their pork broth being boiled for 18 hours and then added with a secret sauce, handmade by Kanada-san, in the original shop at Yukuhashi, Japan. Then, it is imported to Singapore. What I tried, Tonkastu Mix Ramen. The broth is a blend of the original thick and creamy tonkatsu and the lighter chicken paitan to enjoy lighter tonkatsu experience. Topped with three slices of belly chashu, wood ear fungus, spring onion, hanjuku egg, and tokudai nori. The thin noodles were perfectly cooked to give a nice firm bite and well coated by the broth and goes well with the tender belly chashu. Spicy Yuzu Ramen. Combination of its signature pork bone broth with corn-fed chicken broth for the soup base topped with tender collar chashu, hanjuku egg, bean sprouts, chopped spring onions, pickled red onions, nori, and a home-made spicy miso paste. The creamy broth has a mild yet sufficient amount of yuzu citrusy to cut thru the saltiness while the spiciness here was fairly subtle mild to me. I enjoyed the al dente noodles texture with soft and tender leanness of the pork collar chashu. I love their hanjuku egg that has a slight sweetness. Wasabi Mayo Gyoza. The meat is meaty & juicy and the skin was also not hard. Drizzle with wasabi mayonnaise, it’s a good option as a side dish to accompany with the ramen. Overall I feel this place is worth all the calories ? Ig: zoey_belle

So glad to try Kanada-Ya ramen! Founded in Japan and expanded to Hong Kong, London and Spain! I like that they allow us to customise the noodle firmness (soft / standard / hard / extreme). I chose extreme and the texture of my noodles was still perfectly al dente after my photo-taking ? ?Tonkotsu Mix Ramen (TM) ?Spicy Yuzu Ramen (SY) Both broths are nice! Between me and my friend, we finished drinking both! TM is light and creamy while SY is slightly spicy and citrusy. Never expected yuzu to complement ramen broth well but it did! ? TM comes with chashu belly while SY is served with chashu collar. I personally prefer the latter as I find it more tender. ?Takoyaki Classic and satisfying. They are so generous with the bonito flakes too. ?If you find my above review helpful, check out my IG @samlivestoeat for more foodie reviews! ?

The spicy yuzu ramen hits the spot. Wish we could indicate the level of spiciness because I felt it could’ve used abit more heat. The broth was rich and thick with a nice hit of brightness from the yuzu. The pickled onions that came with the dish added a nice bit of crunch. They don’t really allow customisation here. Wish we could replace the cha shu like most other ramen places do. Service was still pretty good though.

Had 2 ramens with my wife and 2 kids(we weren't hungry), and was pleasantly surprised. Soup was tasty but not too salty, noodles were a tad too firm but still acceptable. Prices are quite standard for ramen.

This ramen came with a huge shout-out, β€œNo. 1 Ramen Brand in London”, so we must try this. The broth was creamy and salty, thick nonetheless. I wouldn't say I liked it too much. I was a little thirsty after the meal, indicating MSG in the broth. Possible, perhaps, I couldn't be sure. Nevertheless, the texture of the noodles was perfect. A little on the stiff side, but I loved it. The restaurant is on the fourth level and the quieter side of Paragon. The staff was friendly and attentive, which we should expect as there weren't many people. Overall, I don't think I would bother going to this place to eat unless it's absolutely necessary.
