โ โ โ โ โ The doctor was half an hour late, there was poor communication between the receptionist, doctor and patient, not to mention how rude and patronising the receptionist was. I can't say that I have much confidence in them if this is how patients are treated. Please remember that we have to take time out to come to the clinic as well and that we shouldn't be subject to the whims of the staff. Some professionalism is much needed.

โ โ โ โ โ horrible horrible reception. rude receptionist. constantly have to wait long time to collect medication because of poor communication. they say can come but when arrive have to wait even a few hours. also out of stock for medication but they dont inform beforehand before coming to collect. horrible place for a psych clinic

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Ken's diagnosis and treatment of adult ADD has saved me from failing university and unemployment. Most importantly, his treatment has saved me from really deep despair. I would recommend seeing a talk therapist as well as Dr. Ken's job isn't to perform CBT or psychodynamic therapy.
The receptionists have been nice and responsive in the 3 or 4 times I have visited.

โ โ โ โ โ Waited 1 hour to collect repeated prescription despite calling ahead for it the day before. The lady's reason was, they are very busy , as if I didn't count as a paying customer. She told me you wait and promptly forgotten i was there, serving 4 or 5 patients before me!

โ โ โ โ โ My mil is a patient here . I never personally meet the doctor but due to my mom condition recently i need to get a letter and need the doctor contacted the official. I am very thankful that the clinic manager azizah she handle my mil case right away, and she make sure that my matter is settle. Thank you so much azizah. I really appeciate ur help
