Advanced Dental Bukit Panjang - 258 Bukit Panjang Ring Rd

Go to this dental clinic due to good reviews but was disappointed. Do few teeth filling for $260 but still feel the pain. Go back later to complain about the pain but was told to go back without treatment. Saying it is ok with the pain. ?

Very pleasant experience. Dr Annabelle Tong really took time to explain and addressed all my questions and concerns. Came to see her to get a second opinion on the condition of my tooth and I'm satisfied. Highly recommend!

I went to this clinic twice was okay. That's why i brought my son over today. But today I felt we were conned by the clinic. It was clearly mentioned on the phone that we only need cleaning and polish service. But i was shocked the total cost is S$235.40. The doctor did a xray for my son's wisdom tooth which he didn't call for it. And that xray was $75. There is no toothache and not call to check for wisdom teeth, why the doctor wants to mislead a boy to agree on doing the xray??? The consultation for wisdom tooth is uncalled for. I feedback to the staff at counter, she has no reaction. I will NOT recommend people for choosing Dr Woon. If you want to visit, make sure you look for Dr Annalbel where i had her with my first 2 appointment was pleasant. And tell them exactly what you want them to do for your teeth. They also not letting me wait in the clinic but the earlier 2 visits have no issue for me waiting for my family members (where i can accept). So at least they should have call me and ask for consent for the additional xray.

I had a broken tooth 3 days away from Chinese new year. Couldn't get an appointment anywhere but Advanced Dental was kind enough to squeeze me in. I was early by an hour+ and they are flexible enough to attend to me shortly. The filling is done fast and professionally without any discomfort and feel it is smoother than my previous dentist. Thank you so much in resolving my crisis. Will come back soon fir regular checkup. Happy Chinese New Year!

I was about 15 minutes late for my appointment but Dr Tong, Tasha and the counter lady still made me feel welcomed. I felt like they really cared and that changed my perspective about dental care. Dr Tong also patiently answered my questions about teeth grinding and even advised me NOT to do the mouth guard if I was going to do Zenyum for a gap between my teeth! Hard proof that they didn't even hard sell ? Indeed dental care with a heart! ❤ 4th December update: I couldn't make it on time for my appointment but really needed my mouth guard, a receptionist named Tiffany went the extra mile to check all of the day's slot just so I can be accommodated. Service like this is really hard to find and I'm so happy to have been helped by caring staff like Tiffany!

Pricing does not depend on duration of service, but on the period since your last visit. I was in and out of the clinic under 15 minutes (including waiting time) for some simple scaling and polishing, and was charged under $100 under complex service. $70 is likely only applicable for repeated visit within 6 months or lesser. Service and professionalism was good, but explanation by the dentist on pricing left much to be desired.
