Called this place to check for appt, and before I could finish my question, the receptionist gave me a straight and fierce no and hang up my call after.

Doctor and nurse is friendly. Soothing ambience to calm one down. Dis not feeluch pain or discomfort during the treatment.

I went once and decided to make them my full time dentist. The dentist is super zen and very gentle, he knows how to try to minimize pain so well. Very very experienced. They even gave me free toothpaste lol.

Been coming here for years. Pricing is reasonable. Dentist is professional, detailed and doesn't charge exorbitantly. Receptionist can be about abrupt sometimes but it's fine.

My grandfather went to this extremely unethical clinic and received not only a rude attitude from the receptionist (a lady), but also a great deal of pain from the extraction of his tooth. Went in the afternoon, lady told him he didn't need to make an appointment and to come back later at 6pm, he went back at 6pm, lady said they weren't going to serve him because he didn't make an appointment, but they eventually served him. After that, he went in and the dentist gave him an anesthesia injection without asking if he felt numb or about his medical conditions, just proceeded straight to extract his tooth, my grandpa thus lost a lot of blood and eventually walked out feeling dizzy and almost fainting, my grandma had to support him in walking and went back home. *HE HAS DIABETES AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, INCREASING HIS RISK OF DIZZINESS* Hence, we are extremely disappointed and concerned as his family. My mother then went to call the clinic to see if the lady on the phone had served my grandfather the day before. She called 2-5 times and when she heard that question, she immediately hung up and didn't dare to pick up. This caused me so much distress, and I'm so disgusted with how unprofessional, disrespectful, and irresponsible this clinic is, that I would never recommend anyone come here. Shouldn't all patients be treated with respect, especially since he's paying for a service? Yes, we filed a report against this clinic, and we hope that legal action will be taken against them.

Receptionist very very rude. Despite i have appointment later at this clinic, was told to reach at the time i called which is half an hour earlier (right now) because they have slot NOW. No need travel time ? As i told her earlier on the phone not nearby , couldn't make it if earlier than appointment time . dont know she even use her brain when she talk. If you want to throw your bad temper in calls, please quit your job. You are not the boss , you are just a worker . Even a boss can't do whatever they want . I will not come back for this clinic . Thanks to your old lady receptionist name Tina (her fake name probably) .
