★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This newly opened dental is a relief to many of us living around the area. My elderly dad had a tooth removed. He said it is painless and very pleased with the service provided. I recommend their service.
Just noted that the platform at the entrance is very high. Difficult for the elderly to get in, especially those with wheelchair. Perhaps a wheelchair accessible ramp will be nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment with this dental but when i went there, there is no staff at the front counter to register me or inform me how long to wait. Also noone bothered answering the phone before I made the visit. After waiting for more than an hour with no staff coming out to serve even after ringing the counter bell several times, i had to approach them in one in their rooms to ask how long i have to wait (there were 1 patient waiting and another 3 patients came in to wait after me) after a patient came out of the room while they simply called out another patient's name from inside the room. To my shock, the dentist and staff were very inpatient and bad attitude just telling me to sit and wait, and didn't even bother answer me how long i should expect to wait. Seeing the kind of attitude they have, I decided to leave as nothing good will come out from getting treated by such dentist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible staffs, rude and unpleasant. Was scheduled for 1.30 PM appointment but I had to wait almost 1 hour before being called in. Have to check with the staffs how long I should wait cos I've been sitting here without anything. Rudely sighing and answered in 10 mins, just wait. I think i'll just go to another dental clinic after this. Not worth my money eventho it's slightly more expensive and the clinic is new.
Doctor was okay, like explained everything too fast tho I had to repeat everything to him and made sure I got it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited to check out a wisdom tooth issue. Rates are reasonable. The wait can be quite long despite making an appointment, just be ready for that. During consultation, they use technology that captures an image of your teeth which the dentist uses to explain the issue to you. Overall a good experience, could probably use the help of more staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Was told when arranging appointment previously that i was scheduled for 430pm. Turned up on time to know that they rescheduled me to 4pm. They claimed to call me to inform but i didn't pick up the call. So why is my appointment time changed when i didn't even acknowledge because i didn't pick up the call? Staff still try to argue the way through that i was late. After some saga, i got called in. The cleaning and scaling took only 10minutes, probably the shortest i ever had in 35 years of my life. I seriously question whether my teeth is so clean that it was so fast or just the staff couldn't be bothered to do a detail job. Horrible and last time here for sure.
