Dr Ma is gentle, polite, and thorough in her work, and patient in explaining the causes and solutions of my dental condition to me. She also constantly informs me what she'll do next to prep me mentally. I had a very pleasant experience. 5/5 stars highly recommend. ??

Got my braces done here. Dentist was rushing and my braces were not done well. Came back after my teeth and gums had a bad reaction only to be told by the dentist that she was unsure of the cause. Second consultation was rushed again - dentist only applied a gel, and then my condition got worse. Been here many times over the past few years, staff were friendly, but service & treatment were bad. Painful and unpleasant experience.

I visited kong before, therefore, when my daughter wanted to do teeth treatment, I recommended this company to her. Her first appointment was on 5 March 2021. She did fillings for some of her teeth, scaling and polishing. After the treatment, she told the dentist that she would like to book the next appointment for teeth whitening and to also change the old fillings at the same time and the dentist arranged her to come back for a second appointment on 19 March 2021. After the teeth whitening procedure, the dentist initially told her it is not necessary to change the old fillings, but my daughter insisted on it as after the whitening, her teeth showed patches of uneven colour. It is still a half-done job. In the end, the dentist agreed to see her again to change the fillings for her and arranged for a third appt on 27 March 2021. However, just three days before her third appointment date, on 24 March 2021, someone from the clinic rang her and told her that the appointment will be postponed as the dentist had gone for her maternity leave. And the earliest appointment date that they can give her will be in August, around 5 months from now. By looking at the pictures of the teeth, which were taken 2 days after the teeth whitening procedure, any non-professional can tell that the whiteness of the teeth will not last for 5 months. Because the rough surface of the teeth will cause any kind of food and drinks to seep in and stain it badly. During the second visit, after whitening, the dentist did tell the patient not to drink coffee, tea or other coloured food and drinks for 2 weeks. This was said when the patient could still see her in 1 week time. But now the third appointment has been postponed to 5 months later, does this mean that the patient has to only consume plain water and plain rice for the next 5 months? Most food and drinks have colour. If you realise, even a slice of orange can stain the teeth. I do not understand why she took up the second job, teeth whitening, for the patient when she is supposed to know that she would be away on a long holiday soon. And will be away from office for a long period of time? During the patient’s first visit, she should be able to tell that this patient, after doing teeth whitening, would need follow up treatment to change the fillings to match the new colour of the teeth? The dentist should have just taken up the first job and pass the second job to her colleagues? Or she can tell the patient that she would be going on leave soon and ask the patient to come back and do whitening after she returns? Now she has left the patient in a sad and miserable stage. As the teeth have many rough surfaces, 5 months later, the teeth will for sure be stained and turn yellow? By then, the patient needs to do teeth whitening again 5 months later? The patient has spent $530 on the first visit, and $1200 on the second visit; $1730 was spent in total. But by looking at the pictures of the teeth, I really wonder how many people out there will think these 2 visits are worth this price.

Dentist was patient and would often go the extra mile to make sure the desired outcome is met, if not more so than ever. Overall the experience has been nothing short of professional and pleasant, would strongly recommend to others.

Overall bad compared to other clinics. Main issue is the poor communication between staff and doctor in this clinic. Price wise is on the higher end and there are cheaper alternatives just at yewtee at bukit panjang. Heck even my previous outlet at orchard has lower price for most procedures. Also my retainer was done with an inferior material because “lack of supply”. And this lack of supply is not suppose to be told to customers during the $20 consultation? Doctor ask me to call back in a month to check if the supposed material is in. Bruh, i paid for your pricier than average retainer not to wait for a week and receive such lousy product and service.

Dr Kong is a very experience dentist, very patient with the procedure and makes sure she does extract the correct tooth for my braces. She does the job really really well.

Dr Chew was patient and understanding. I initially wanted to just redo a filling on a tooth but was examined that i needed more cleaning that eventually took almost an hour. She tried to find the best possible solution without compromising the process/price. Thanks Dr Chew!
