★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for 3 dec 21 for my invisalign treatment back in October. On the day of the appointment, when I called the clinic it turns out that the appointment wasn't booked and the dentist was not even in that day.
Update: same thing happened again on 25 May 22. Came and my appointment wasn’t booked. Had to wait for more than an hour to see the dentist.

From the onset, Nurul was patient and polite in answering my questions.
I was attended to by Dr Samuel who was equally patient with my questions and was professional throughout my treatment.
I will be back for my regular dental checkups etc.
Two thumbs up ! ????
