I went for my 1st extraction ever, my molar has cracked and root canal is no longer an option. Dr Cherie attended to me, she was friendly and professional. She provide detail procedure information, cost and what are the options I have. During the extraction, she did countless of check-in with me if I have pain, if I am doing good and she was providing information of what she is doing and what will I be expecting. Staff assisting her was also great, she knew that this was my first extraction. She was holding my hand during the injection of the numb medication so that I am more at ease. The clinic was clean and bright. The reception was friendly! The booking of appointment was easy and fast. They responded to whatsapp enquiries and appointment booking within the next 5 to 20 mins depending on the complexity of the question. Would definitely come back again and strongly recommended.

Clean place with great staff! Cleaning & polishing was really quick (~20min) and efficient as well. They are also flexible for same day appointments if they have slots. Had a good experience here ?

Honestly, can't believe that I've been visiting other dental practices for the past decade when this clinic is located just a stone's throw from my house. These guys (or girls, mainly) are professional and lively. The receptionist nurse was highly energetic and warm. In fact, the highlights in her hair matched the colour of my CHAS card too. The dentist had an incredibly light touch despite my teeth needing some deep, and quite often painful, cleaning. Looks like a great organisation with happy individuals; highly recommended!

I came to this clinic to get my Wisdom tooth removed after trying to ignore the pains for about month so i was feeling quite nervous and anxious but everything went smoothly! The receptionist, Noor Aini, greeted me well and was professional throughout the conversation i had with her! I was attended to by Dr Mah, who was super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the surgery. She answered my questions with ease and clarity as well. Her assistant, (soon-to-be) Dr Heryanti was professional and kind as well, does not feel like she’s an intern here. Overall 5/5 stars for the service provided here and looking forward to patronise this branch the next time :)

Made 3 visits to this clinic for consultation, cleaning and filling, and wisdom tooth surgery. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. I consulted regarding their wisdom tooth surgery and Dr Jennifer was very meticulous in examining the state of my teeth. She noticed I needed filling for another tooth and advised the implications if a filling isn’t done. During both filling and wisdom tooth surgery, they had to administer the numbing cream and anaesthesia. The assistant was very nice to hold my hand to comfort me. I am always afraid of going to the dentists but small gestures like this do make the visit more bearable. Wisdom tooth surgery was done fast and well. Dr Jennifer constantly checked on me to ensure that I was not feeling any pain. While I was extremely nervous and scared for this, I am glad that all went well. Recovery has been smooth so far as well. I will recommend this clinic!
