★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Halid did a wonderful job allaying my fear for dentists due to previous horrendous experiences. He was gentle and gave detailed explanation for my course of treatment... Receptionist, Ms Hilwa, and Nurse (oops, didn't get her name)was friendly and gave thorough explanation of my billings (and deductibles). Overall, my experience was a pleasant one. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guess I was wrong bout this clinic. They may looked cheerful amongst their staffs but something fishy is really going on about in there. Staffs, in-charge(s) backstabbed their loyal staff. Im totally ashamed of how they called themselves Family. Well if that’s how they do their dirty things in there, the truth will one day be shown either in this world or hereafter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ali, nurse Venessa and the rest of his nursing staff are really very gentle and caring. Having a massive fear of dentists, they have made me feel calm and my anxiety level has dropped since Dr Ali has been attending to my dental needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with this dental place since I was 15. This had always been the first dentist that comes to my mind. The dentist and the nurses there are friendly. Recently I had to do an implant for one of my tooth and I had a change of doctor, it was my first time with Dr Ali. He was gentle and always show care and concern for his patient, like me. Apart from that, this dentist works fast. I will never regret coming to Universal Dental FDC.
