★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was not good and I am not satisfied. Went for Raffles Lifestyle Screening. Many basic screening (part of physical examination) usually done as part of this package was skipped by the doctor. Doctor was even struggling with my blood test while taking the blood out using syringe. He kept the needle injected for good 2 minutes that caused pain. Blood extraction has always been easy in my case as veins are clearly visible.
Nurse took an incorrect measurement of the height which I saw in the final report hence BMI was incorrect. Some other physical parameters seemed incorrect too. Nurses are in hurry to do basic checks. I recommend other Raffles Clinic for such screenings like the one in Changi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up to check whether can i make changes to my appt. Was told not possible and i have to follow my appt timing.
Came accordingly to my appt timing but was informed need to queue with the rest. When i enquire if that is the case, why have the appt system? Staff not too friendly although no offence taken because I understand the staff was overwhelmed by the amt of ppl waiting.
Something i felt they could have done better is to at least inform me to come earlier than my appt time when i called asking for change in appt which they rejected. Then i could schedule my time accordingly as i have another appt to rush too after this.
After consultation review: changed my rating. Doc and nurse was friendly during registration and consultation. It was a pleasant visit after all. Glad i gave the staff benefit of doubts and didnt judge them based on the initial encounter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was slightly hesitant coming here for a blood test after reading the previous review, but my attending doctor (Dr George) was v skillful in extracting blood with the syringe for my test. Counter staff was very helpful and offered the option to expedite my results as I needed them urgently. Great clinic visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here a few times. Got this front desk lady, the attitude like she owns the clinic, the way she talks and whatnot. Oh well, there are a few more clinics nearby if u get what i mean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic closed at 5.30pm. I reached there 5.05pm and was rejected afirmly. I told the reception nurse I was diverted here from thir Loyang Point clinic due closed. I rushed here aa i desparately need my hypertension and cholestrol medicine. They just don’t care and give reason said doctor need to go off other centre despite one hour break from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. She told me go Tampines 1 but they also closed. She just ignored me!

Went to buy medication but somehow for the doctor to approve my medication end up taking longer than just seeing the doctor…… Many customer all came later than me with the purpose of seeing doctor all ended up getting their medication first…… Thx for making me feel dumb and wasting my time. I seek help from front desk only for them to tell me to sit back and wait as doctor take his/her own sweet time. I simply refuse to believe that for the doctor to check my record takes longer than seeing a patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hubby had a very pleasant experience with the clinic when the staff bothered to contact him to inform him that they would reschedule his flu vaccination to the morning session since he would be coming down for health screening on the same morning. The counter staff were polite and meticulous in their work, and the doctor who administered the flu vaccine was very cautious in validating that my hubby had taken his last covid vaccine at least 3 weeks ago before he could take a flu vaccine. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended clinic although the fees are relatively pricier than the rest of the neighbourhood clinics as it is worth paying a premium for better medical services.
