Dr Liau Chen Hong was very detailed and polite. Spent a good amount of time cleaning and he did not rush to finish the job.

Poor service. Not proactive receptionist. Unlike receptionist from Raffles hospital dental dept. Saw a young dentist. Only carried out check on reason for toothache + pain killers + cotton wool. No checks to other teeth, no polish/cleaning. Bill was 109SGD.

An experience Dentist makes a lot of difference. No issues with receptionist. But Raffles Medical seems to have a lot of inexperience Dentist. Went for consultation due to toothache, was diagnosed with crack tooth and recommended root canal and was referred to specialist. Got sent off with just pain killers. Seem to encounter similar experience with Aparna who had previously commented. Since problem not solve, Decided to seek 2nd opinion with more a experience Dentist from another clinic and was diagnosed with crack tooth (which is correct) but did not recommend root canal as it was not the main cause of problem. Swollen and infected gums due to tartar likely the cause. Got tooth cleaned and was prescribed with antibiotics and painkillers. Not trying to put down on new or inexperience Dentist as they have to start somewhere. But Raffles Clinic is not a school, Dentist are not students and we are not guinea pigs.. If it’s normal checkup, cleaning or scaling etc.. shd be ok. But anything more complex, seek a more experience Dentist. Unless you have recommended Dentist in the clinic.

There is no specialist in this clinic which was not disclosed at the time of taking the appointment, the consultant doctor was not able to decide what course of action is to be taken based on the examination and x-ray done. The problem was not any different from a normal route canal issue. He took the whole scul x ray instead of a normal small x-ray for the painful tooth. I was asked to visit a specialist doctor who sits in Bugis only and end up paying double of the consultation charges for the same. I had to pay almost $200 for no result at all and had to come back with same pain and no logical resolution. The doctor also refused to prescribe any antibiotics saying antibiotics don't work in case of dental as they don't reach there.... which was something weird to accept . It was a waste of time and money. Won't recommend to anyone. The Management Staff called later and apologies for the bad services, would have appreciated if I would have given back my consultation charges back as the doctor was not able to provide any consultation during my visit!

How i wish 0 stars were possible. I did my teeth scaling & polishing every twice a year but this is the worst experience ever! Dr Kelvin Cheong was rude to the point of embarrassing. When i stepped into the room, he straight away embarrassed me infront of the assistant in a very rude manner asking " Why are u late?!?! '' repeated twice. I was 5 mins late btw and he only took 10mins to check & clean my teeth as he said I was late and have another appointment after me. The worst part is the entire scaling procedure was painful and lots of blood. He even only allowed me to rinse once. Never ever come back to this clinic even though it is my company appointed clinic. I would rather pay more than get this kind of poor service.

I'm glad the dentist I was assigned is good and was most pleasant to talk to. My tooth seems good too so yay to that. HOWEVER, can you please get whoever is manning the phone to pick up the calls? Here I am trying to schedule/reschedule my appointments on multiple occasions and times during working hours and all I can get is voicemail. How on earth am I supposed to see a dentist if no one picks up the phone? Yes, I'm frustrated. I know. Is it so hard to have someone to pick up the phone?

They’ve changed their number, it isn’t the one written in the description. It’s 67874136. I have tried multiple times to call in to reschedule but was not able to, and finally got their correct number when they tried to call me cuz I was not there for my appointment. I couldn’t answer because I was at work and couldn’t use my phone. I finally made an appointment today calling the updated number and I was blamed that I didn’t inform anyone when I already told them I called through the number listed here and nobody answered even though I called multiple times and I had to call because I didn’t have the time to make my way to the clinic in person. Update your number, don’t blame your customers for no show when they couldn’t even reschedule with you because the number stated here is wrong. My dentist is great so I’m still coming back here but the admin side………

My experience with Dr. Lim Siew Hong and the Raffles Dental staff assisting me was incredible. Dr Lim was very professional with my tooth extraction and ensured it was completely painless because she handled it genuinely. Answered all my queries and ensured I am comfortable and prepared for recovery. I am thankful and highly recommend. Thanks.
