I’ve had persistent numbness in the first four fingers of my left hand 6 weeks postpartum. Initially I was recommended to an osteopath whom then diagnosed me of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. However, I wasn’t seeing any results 5 sessions after and I was then recommended to see a chiropractor. 2 sessions after with no improvement, I was getting quite anxious and desperate to seek a solution as it was affecting my quality of life. I hesitated seeking for a hand surgeon initially as I thought most would suggest surgery, and my case would be considered quite mild. Seeing how my condition did not improve, I did a quick search online and found Dr Jacqueline Tan. She took time to understand my situation and was reassuring during my consultation. She explained my condition and different treatment options available in detail. She was very skillful in administering the steroid injection, as the recovery process was smooth with no infection nor pain. I’m feeling much better two weeks after and am feeling so relieved, grateful to have found Dr Jacqueline. She’s kind, compassionate, empathetic, skilled and confident. Thank you once again!☺️

Really blessed and thankful to be treated by Dr Jacqueline Tan. My right hand was injured on the unwelcoming 1st day of CNY. The pain was so intense and excruciating that i couldn't sleep at night. Simple tasks of brushing teeth and combing hair had become such a challenge to me. I called few specialist clinics immediately after the public holiday, hoping to book an appointment on the same day. However they told me that the next available slot will be on the next day. Then i chance upon Advanced Hand, Wrist and Nerve Centre. The clinic staff Ms Fidi was very assuring and helpful. She helped me in scheduling an appointment slot for me on the very day even though all appointment was filled up while other clinics which i had contacted were unable to. Dr Jacqueline was very patient in assessing my condition. I was diagnosed to have injured my extensor tendon which would require a hand brace to immoblise it and medicine to relieve the pain. No other unneccesary test had been recommended eg MRI as other doctors normally would. My recovery was good and speedy under her great and dedicated care. Now that i have fully recovered and hence able to pen down my appreciation to Dr Jacqueline Tan and her caring staff. Thank you for this wonderful experience and i would certainly recommend Dr Jacqueline Tan to those having hand issues.

I have been seeing Dr Jacquline Tan for a while now. She diagnosed my condition correctly, but her suggested remedies were not working for me, nearly to the point where I thought I had no option other than a surgery. Then I was introduced to another doctor, who solved the problem with a simple hand stretch. He pointed out a dangerous muscle loss in my thumb after wearing the hand guard for a couple of months. Thank God I sought a second opinion.

Dr Jacqueline has done an awesome job for my wrist surgery and I must say that her swiftness in getting my operation done in such a timely manner has greatly ensured that my wrist is now fully functional again. I had a glass splinter in my finger for months that resulted in a need to get surgery. While it was a minor surgery, Dr Tan and her team of nurses were very patient, prompt and on the ball. As you’d expect, Dr Tan is very professional and friendly. The clinic even managed to squeeze me into the busy schedule and in less than a month, the surgery and final follow was completed. Dr Tan I’d definitely someone I’d recommend - FYI, I found her on google reviews too

I first saw Dr. Tan about a painful wrist. She is a very gentle person, meticulous in her care and advice. Injection was never easy for me but she made it a smooth and quick process with her assurance and experience. After that I consulted her over a nerve issue that has been bothering me for at least 6 years and probably forever. Now 3 months later, my condition improved so much I am thankful to Dr. Tan for her attentive treatment. I am glad I chose this clinic and Dr. Tan. The all ladies team, be it front desk or assistant, they are friendly and nice too. ??

I had undergo a minor finger surgery attended by Dr. Jacqueline Tan due to an infection and the whole treatment and consultation process have been very pleasant. Dr. Tan and her team has been very professional that left me a very positive patient experience. Despite a minor surgery, Dr. Tan has been very patient and careful in ensuring the whole surgery process to be conducted vigilantly as well as to ensuring my recovery is at her priority. Dr Tan is very approachable. Her willingness to understand the problems of her patients, coupled with her knowledge and experienced clearly showed during my first visit. She was able to quickly identify my problem from the onset, and that enabled her to know how to treat me. She dealt my pain with utmost care and guided me through my journey to being pain-free.
