a	agnes ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service in general is acceptable. Reception a local Chinese Singaporean, ?? speaking in strong Singlish access, unclear English. Very bad impression to suppose professional clinic. The most unacceptable is, what’s the era today? How come still provide the digital copy using CD rom. Hello who can read it and how many people home or even office provided with CD reader. Super surprise me happen in Singapore. ?
L	Lavinia Tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just did an MRI here. Price is affordable and equipment looks new. Love the TV entertainment during the MRI process, which made it less claustrophobic. I also like that the hardcopy report included printout of the relevant images with key highlights, which made it easier to understand. Staff were nice and friendly. Pleasant experience overall.
D	Dahai Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a simple chest X-ray on 7 Jun 2021 and my clinic haven’t got result after 5 working days. I called and they said already sent results to clinic, then I checked with them when. They told me would check and call me back. Half an hour later, I called again to check. They say will send results later without any explanation and without saying even a simp “sorry”. Don’t know it’s just this case or not, altitudes are bad.

I called to make an appointment and was told that the scan that I'm getting will only take 30 mins. I arrived on time but was waiting for 30 mins before it was my turn. The reason the front desk provided was the first patient was late. If the clinic can inform patients earlier (my appointment were a few hours away from the first appointment slot) there's a delay so that we can plan would make this experience a great one.

Nurse went extra mile to ensure I am comfortable. Their equipment is also very modern and overall experience with MRI was great, loved the entertainment during the process.

Staff was very patient with me and knowing that I had a bad experience with catheter, they reassured me throughout the tests. This clinic also has an added advantage of having options of imaging and scanning available. After talking to the Dr about my condition, they immediately arranged a CT for me without the need to go book another appointment or go to another location. That's also why I chose this place. One stop diagnostics. Well done!

And both receptionists making remarks in their own language in front of me! Said they sent me reminder by what’s app - which they did not! So much for basic service.

Doctor Rachel was very thorough wirh her pre consultation. Staff Ria was very skilled at drawing blood that I felt nothing. This clinic also seem to have an added advantage of having options of imaging and scanning available for walk-in. However the 4-stars review is due to the lack of toilet facility. Having one toliet for all is just not sufficient, considering all tests that calls for its use. But still an overall good experience.
