I have been coming to this clinic to consult doctor from 1994. Previously located at Margaret Drive, they started operation since 1963. The staffs here are well trained and the place are clean. Only prepare to wait for more than an hour for your medication. However I will like to rate this clinic with 5 stars as I have no intention to change to other clinic.

There is an indian lady with curly hair, short in stature, working at level 304. Spoke to me in a very condescending and demeaning manner. Disappointing service as service staff was so rude, making assumption I had no registered when I had on the app.

TLDR: Be prepared to wait. If you can afford to wait for dental services and are cost-conscious, then this is for you. Waiting time for dental services is very long - the earliest appointment date I could get was in 5 months when I called in Oct2021. Even with an appointment, my dental session started late. However, if you can afford to wait, it is worth it. Dr Alyssa Tay and her colleague were very friendly and reassuring. I think there is a time-limit for each patient but we managed to get a lot done during that period - consultation (leading to referral), scaling & polishing and even X-ray. I paid slightly under $80 for scaling, polishing and X-ray. The government subsidy was half the bill (meaning to say the original cost would have been $160-ish). If I had gone to a private clinic, I think this would have cost me at least $100+.

Very RIGID booking system. already made my way there physically, and was lectured by the door staff that i didnt do the declaration correctly, so another new booking is needed and that would be in the afternoon. Where is the service orientedness in the process? Is their aim just to make life easy for themselves rather than the people they serve?

Fast and efficient, however wait to see the doctor is long. Appointment to see a doc can be booked thru the healthhub app or the OneNUHS app 10pm the day before to save you some time so you do not need to register at the counter in person. Then, 30 mins before your appointment, rmb to take a q no thru the healthhub or OneNUHS app so you don't have to wait for so long there. I had to wait for abt 1 hr to see the doc. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I have to commend one staff at the 3rd level for awareness of patients who need help in directions or just some emotional support. She also renders assistance to the elderly for extra mobility. However, when she saw me using the Healthhub app, she persuaded me to use the OneNUHS app instead but according to my knowledge, there is little difference between the two and furthermore you can book other polyclinics outside of NUHS. Very persistent but i dont favour people bugging me to download their app as this would only disuade me to not download. The doctor that served me was kind and assuring and also attended to my needs and concerns, making sure that I get the medical attention I need. Thank you to the staff there. It has been hard on yall.

25 Apr 0830am Limped 1.2 km from Home to Queen way polyclinic at 0830hrs and was shown on system at 1430hrs for doctor. 6hrs of waiting. No matter how short handed or fully booked you are, kindly come out with a new system to handle this inefficiency for the others. Will not be coming back again. Have to bear the pain to look for a nearby clinic. PLEASE TREAT PATIENT AS HUMAN IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE ONE. Your sincerely, Gout patient
