Dr is very details, nurse are friendly. But do not visit if you have no patience to wait. It take me 3hours even I am Q at num4. ?

Dr. Goh may be the best doctor I have ever visited. Passionate about his work, thorough in his examination as well as his explanation, and notably emphatic. He and his staff really go the extra mile to deliver stellar care. Strongly recommended!

Waiting time is ridiculously long. Unfortunately I din chk the reviews earlier. Sent .y helper for her medical. After mktg n grocery shopping for 90 min, still not her turn.Will not rtn.

I have been a patient of the clinic previously. Dr Goh Tiong Jin (a doctor in his 50s) is usually very thorough. The staff are generally efficient and patient. Today, I was seen by a more senior doctor (in his late 60s to 70s). Sadly, after today's experience, I will not be going back to this clinic. I went to the clinic because of colds, throat pain, cough and fever. The doctor took a very short history and checked my temperature (37.8, with the device NOT properly inserted into my ear). Never bothered to look at my throat or listen to my lungs (standard physical examination that even a medical student knows to be part of a diligent examination; this could be crucial to identifying a bacterial throat infection or a lung infection that require an antibiotic). He then proceeded to prescribe medications for symptom relief. I prodded if a blood test was required as fever has been around for 4 days, doctor declined. There were 2 other patients in the clinic when I went there.

Dr Goh is extremely detailed and patient, he nicely explains all the symptoms and medications he gave to me. The charges are also very reasonable. Definitely the nicest experience I have with the clinic in Singapore.

Dr Goh is good having elderly patients. But he is really not good seeing kids. He just loses his patience when comes to kids. Not recommended to have kids as his patients

Only visit when you got pleeeeeeeeenty of patience. The waiting time are sooooooooooo long even I have made my ART appointment. They will do all PCR test and prepare the documents for despatch collection before carry out any ART. Minimum waiting time 1 hour if u queue number 1.,?

Would give a zero if we had to. Doctor is good and helpful but The nurses did not ask for insurance during the registration and then we we were later told they didn’t accept it. There was also no contactless payment which would be the preferred payment method during a pandemic. Hygiene could also be better improved.
