Keuh kosoi is the better kueh .why? The ondeh ondeh doesn't have a bounce to it like IT SHOULD BE it mush down and disintegrate which was a letdown. Whereas keuh kosoi had a nice bounce texture fresh. Another thing this two item coat $4.5 which I think ? it's not worth it at all. Better spend money buying somewhere

I tried their ondeh ondeh and tapioca kueh. I prefer the latter, it's freshly made and not too sweet. But I do recommend to consume it soonest possible; grated coconut turns bad fairly fast, particularly in hot and humid Sg.

Sweet Potato Ondeh Ondeh was a little soggy and doesn’t have the chewy texture compare to the green ones. Was expecting the gula melaka to have the “bursting” effect when biting but was disappointed that it did not happen. The tapioca kueh was alright, no wow factor.

Personally experience the fresh hand made sweet potato ondeh ondeh. It's good and semi sweet brown sugar melt in mouth. Yummy ! Those whom like brown sugar semi sweet dessert. Highly recommended with friendly service crew

I tried their ondeh ondeh and it was so good! First, the coconut on the outside is a little chewy. The best part is the filling when you bite them, you will feel like the sweet sense explode in your mouth but at the same time get to chew some super crispy sugar inside as well. Not to mention that the price is super affordable just 2SGD. Thank you uncle for keep creating delicious sweets. When I’m back, I’ll make sure to try other sweets.

Thanks to 8 Days for publishing the article on how the elderly hawkers need our help, otherwise I'd never have found this gem! Known for his Sweet Potato Ondeh Ondeh and Gula Melaka Tapioca Cake, my kind groupbuy host went down the day after the article was published to bring these goodies back for us but apparently everyone else had the same thoughts and most of his kueh was sold out, save for limited boxes of his ondeh ondeh. Unlike the usual Ondeh Ondeh that I'm used to, these had a nice, fragrant sweet potato scent, and you could even taste remnants of mashed sweet potato left on the chewy ondeh ondeh skin. Upon sinking your teeth in, the pool of gula melaka within burst out in your mouth, spreading sweetness across your palate. The uncle showered his ondeh ondeh in a sea of desiccated coconut, which provided a nice crunchy element to the kueh kueh and I easily gobbled up all in no time.

The ondeh ondeh was fresh and hot when I tried it! It was soft and chewy and the gula melaka oozed out nicely when I bit into it! Tried the tapioca kueh as well and was pleasantly surprised by the fragrance and overall taste. Sweetness was also just nice. Overall, I'm glad I stumbled upon this place for delicious local desserts that are rare these days! It was also heartwarming to see the hawkers preserving local food culture through these handmade desserts!

The sweet potato ondeh-ondeh are freshly made. The texture is very soft, but I prefer the filling is melted instead of a small block of sugar.
