β β β β β Not bothered with captived customer. I ordered 6 items well in advance for collection at 6pm today. 5 items were packed and ready for collection. The 6th ( final item) was only ready at 6.30 pm. They were just busy with their walk ins . I reminded the lady boss /worker twice and was told be ready in 5 mins and she said that the item takes time to cook when in fact wasn't, at my second reminder.Their food is good at reasonable pricing but rather unreasonable in keeping up to their timing and promise.

We ordered the fish head curry 4/5, bitter gourd w fish head 5/5, sweet sour pork 2/5, fried calamari 5/5 and a vegetable dish 5/5.
The fish head curry was strong and wasnβt watery like many others. A good serving of vegetable was provided as well. Fish was fresh!
The bittergourd fish dish was outstanding, the flavours strong and the dish was well cooked. The calamari was crispy and delicious as well.
Unfortunately the pork was very tough, it didnβt have that crisp as well.
Would have been perfect if the Aunty didnβt get our order mistaken and insisted we got it wrong. They didnβt really scale the fish head properly too, so that was a bummer.

β β β β β Itβs an old school coffee shop manned by a couple with a few tables only. The curry fish was really good! Very fresh and the curry was cooked perfectly. Itβs around $32 which is slightly more expensive than the rest of the tze char nearby but I think itβs worth it!
