There is another uncle selling drink in the shop, this guy is the landlord of the shop, this guy is unfriendly, and his drink is super overpriced. Do NOT get drink from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small family run Zichar business. An elderly helper aged 84 told us her daughter is now manning the business.
Ordered the Clayport fishhead and prawn roll. The fish is fresh and tasty.
Cost us $41 with 2 plates of rice.
Will return for the curry fishhead?

Best of all, one of the lowest priced Zhi Char you can find in Singapore.
But have to be patient in waiting as the process is not well organised, stall under manpower.
