★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The $6 mutton briyani looks okay at first. A little disappointed with the taste, maybe because the guy poured the mutton curry onto the briyani rice and the gravy spoils the rice taste. Comparing this stall with the ones at Tekka Centre, I’ll not eat briyani here again. The mutton briyanis I’ve eaten come with one or two big pieces of mutton. Here it’s served with small mutton cubes. Well, the good thing is that it’s easier to eat, not worrying about getting the meat off the bone.

Prices quoted is just insane. 1 chicken, 1 veg and 1 egg is $7?
Whilst my colleague/friend ordered the same for $5.50. There are better food options here that are at a much lower price point. Please please please re-consider ordering from this stall ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avocado milkshake from juice farm is 2.50 here, 50c cheaper than juice farm outlets in shopping malls, but tastes a little weird sometimes, like not fresh. Wanton noodles with charsiew add roasted pork at 5 bucks was very tasty, aunties serving me was polite and friendly. Taste of Thailand pineapple fried rice was 5 bucks, my daughter loves it and keeps asking for it. Indulge grilled chicken rice with edamame, onsen egg and corn was 6.90, tasty too! Will be back to try the duck rice and kway chap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal canteen but just don’t eat the cai fan aka economical rice. There is no fixed price and they usual charge more for guys and less for girls. If you want to eat there, ask your female friends to purchase for you.
If not, any other food is more worth than that cai fan store. The rest pricing and portion quite reasonable.
FYI the price in the image is 5 bucks. There are some occasions where the hotdog with potato, only given potato lol.
Edited: Gave them a second chance. Got scammed again. Really the black sheep of the canteen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a resting stop for all people, be it internal or external. Good place for quick bites too.
But choices are limited. The famous duck rice stall is no longer here.
The stall to look out will be the Thai stall/restaurant.
Thai food here is quite good, worth trying.
The other new stall is the western food, nice, but expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating is for the claypot rice stall. Had claypot chicken rice and ginger duck, both tasted nice and were generous with the protein. Stall uncle is also friendly. Don't be fooled by the lack of queue, it's probably because the demographic there can't afford the time to wait for the food. Expect to wait a while, which is normal for any good claypot rice.
