The sales gave me an immediate disappointed face and started criticising me for expanding the earring. The sample earring was oxidized and poor maintained in the first place. I apologised and explained the earring couldn’t fit so I only tried one piece. I walked out apologising again but the sales still carried such a bad attitude that I won’t want to buy anything in the shop. To those who are interested, this brand sells at 20% premium than its shops in Japan. Without any promotion and poor local service, it is not worth buying in AhKah at Takah

Unfortunately she had the exact same bracelet. But they would t allow me to exchange it even for something more expensive. Not to mention the store clerk never told about the policy until after he had charged my card. Buyers beware. What kind of a store does this? Shameful — they just lost one of their best customers and for what? Buyers beware.
