★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made reservation for an item - would have transacted in a minute or so but the female sales assistant told me to negotiate with everyone else in the queue in front of me if I want to pick up the item. Would have preferred her to outrightly turn me down. Separately, please consider setting up a separate queue to pick reserved items especially during peak timings given that most patrons would spend quite some time browsing the items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to commend Fiona from the Ngee city outlet. She is very efficient and polite and respectful to all customers that walked in. Her patience is one of the main reasons I went back to her after my hubby bought things on the stores. Knowing my preference for my citrusy scent, she asked me to try this limited edition fragrance Ilio. And I must say I love it and it suits my personality . Kudos to her .

It was my first time buying a perfume and I wanted to be well informed before making a decision. Harold was extremely knowledgeable and recommended the right type of Eau de Toilette after testing a few fragrances. He also taught me the different types of perfume in the industry, longevity of the perfume and best ways of using it. Thank you so much Harold for the wonderful experience, I really appreciate it.
