No surprises and unnecessary costs. This gives the whole service a good comfort feel. When a potential buyer came by, Marco was efficient in liaising with them for all the necessary-- loans, insurance etc. Great experience and I would certainly engage them again. Good job!

He did answer and explain to us (buyer) on how the process of the loan procedure. Therefore , he always keep in touch with us if there’s any issues occur. And always assure us that he will try his best on helping other possibilities ways. The deal was close for just 1.5 weeks. It’s great to have them for this transaction. Transfer of ownership was done on the day we close the dealed and everything was transparent between Seller and Buyer. He went the extra mile to keep me updated on whether the loans for my buyer were approved and kept reassuring my husband and I that he will try his best in any way possible. The whole transaction took place at their office, where their hospitality is top notch. Malcolm offered us drinks & made sure both buyer and seller were in a comfortable setting before proceeding with the sales transaction. The payment was made immediately via bank transfer while the LTA ownership transfer was being processed at the same time which reassured us(sellers) that they are really very transparent and honest. The whole sale transaction including loan processing took us only 1.5 weeks! I'd highly recommend Otua & Malcolm if you ever wanna sell your car! ??

Malcolm not just well versed in his profession, most importantly he is patience and attentive during our course of conversations and able to share with us the current market trend realistically. The entire experience at OTUA was relaxed and comfortable which hot drinks were served in a service oriented cosy room whilst waiting for Malcolm and his colleagues to test drive and assessing the performance of my car. In all, it was really a worth noting transactional not just in terms of class of customer service , the assessment of my car was indeed reliable. Malcom, keep it up???
