I wanted to purchase a very small marble coffee table and asked to have a look at it before making the purchase but was told that its not something they do. Its a shame that staff there do not understand what good customer service is or value potential customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To all those who plan to buy ANYTHING from this furniture shop - PLEASE BEWARE! sharing this information so that others will not have such bad experience as me. I bought 4 GRACE chairs; delivered after much delayed in April 21 - back support piece broke! when i sat! this happened in June then now in Oct the back support broke again - this after being replaced! spent $700 + for one piece - really regretful! now asking for refund but the sales person Steven is saying that he will refer to his boss. oh, did I also share that the delivery person David is full of vulgarities when delivering items so again, please BEWARE!
