A selection of the legendary Swiss manufacturer Vitra condensed into a capsule of a shop space (size is relative, considering the illustrious Vitra catalogue of designer furniture). I love this space! Quality pieces with an element of fun (notice the famous Vitra Dolls and quirky Elephant Stool) That said the collection is limited and you might not find the piece you are looking for. You might want to give the friendly staff a call before coming by. Or surprise yourself by turning up with no expectations and be pleasantly surprised by the the designer pieces on display. Plenty of interesting home decor items, including a selection of pieces by Artek ( bought over by Vitra). Some office specific furniture are shown. Something for the home office perhaps?

Vitra Singapore I would like to relate my great experience and excellent after sales service with Hemant. Back in 2012, I purchased a designer chair at Vitra. Due to some damages to my seat cover, I decided to place an order for a new seat cover with Vitra. I visited the Tan Boon Lait showroom but was told Hement that the model was discontinued . He could have pushed for sale of a new chair instead Hermant searched high and low at the local office and HQ to search for a new seat cover but there was no stock. I placed an order but despite the long wait for the replacement due to the Suez shipment delay, I was assured and updated constantly by the Hermant. I was so elated that finally after 6 months the replacement seat cover arrived. I want to say a big thank you to Hemant for his friendly and helpful service!

I would like to feedback my experience at this shop. The store guy’s attitude and service need to be improved. He treated me like coming for a free gift. When the first day I went to look around and place order, he was like don’t wish to talk much with me. Just simply introduced a single or two chairs, then go back to his seat. When the things are ready for collection, I just bring along my wife and look around their other furnitures. Then, the store guy just called me loudly to go over to his counter/seat. Shouldn’t him come over to call me for doing payment instead of paging me from far away and loudly? This make me feel embarrassed and a very bad shopping experience. When your guy brought out the chair that we ordered, my wife found two of the chair wheels were like not rotating nicely. Then, your guy did showed us the principle of the wheel system. We did listened to his explanation, but he threw my a question that I really hit my bottom line. He asked “do you still want this chair?” with impatient expressions. He gave me a thought like we are going to cheat and get something. I was brought my wife to look around and see any furnitures that we can bought to our house in future. But, the store guy’s attitude and service really stop me to visit the store in future. Quite disappointed to his service and attitude.
