Aftersale service was great and they even sent a carpenter to touch up my dining table after the wood reacted naturally. Will definitely go down to their store again if I'm looking for an exquisite furniture piece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Rooma at Tan Boon Liat and honestly its one of the best shops there. There are a lot of wood choices and finish. The price is a tad expensive but it is a quality product. On my first visit, I already bought 2 items without hesitation.

He was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable in the products and went the extra miles in sharing all he could about the various chairs, wood types and tables. Excellent customer service from him! I’m very impressed that despite his age, Pyieson had such a great attitude towards his part time job at Rooma! Kudos to Rooma team for bringing in this fine young man too!

Chanced upon their signature Hiro chairs, gave it a try and instantly fell in love. Solid wood, beautifully crafted and reasonable priced. Bought 6 Hiro chairs for my dining table.
They even create a group chat with you so that you can communicate with them easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Rooma team for delivering the PJ armchairs in time for our weekend! We purchased 4, but a week later 2 of the backrests started to become slightly wonky. Firah, Shara and Zhar arranged for their carpenters to our place to fix the backrests. The carpenters arrived on time and didn't take long to fix them. Excellent service, and I can't stop admiring the chairs!
