It's not even one star. More like negative 2 stars. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service at nex. The staff there were not knowledgeable about their products. They were all chatting at a corner using their phones. I experimented by fluttering pass them and try to seem troubled but they didn't notice! It is not a wonder why their shop was so empty during weekend peak hours. I would recommend people not to go to the nex outlet if they need help as there would not be anyone that can help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a wooden clock (not cheap) from here only to find that it’s mouldy when I brought it home. Better check your products before bringing home, quality not worth the money. The staff were nice to assist me but appalled at the quality and I will be careful in buying stuff from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not helpful at all, instead, she is quite misleading. Yesterday we went to buy quilt and bed set, after 15mins and the staff did not offer to help at all. Then we go and ask the staff about different kinds of quilt, she is obviously not knowledgeable about the material used.
After we stated explicitly that we want a light weighted quilt, she recommended a quilt that turns out to be heavy... When I went today to check if it’s possible that we exchange to another type of light weighted quilt, she said “No” without any explains and looked like disturbed.
Well, I guess I spent S$250 for nothing, but I learned something in a hard way: Do not go to this store ever again!
