★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very pleased with the good and friendly service rendered by your staff, Ms Lei at Nex outlet this afternoon.
With the original intention to get a pair of running shoes , l ended up happily with two pairs instead.
I am very impressed with Ms Lei who is very courteous and patient in her service. She displays such enthusiasm in her service and has good knowledge of her products. She was able to correctly recommend me the appropriate model of shoes given that l have issue with my feet.
I want to convey my appreciation to Ms Lei for a wonderful shoppping experience at NB store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Customer Service from Bryan Tee at Nex outlet. A far cry from the other staff at Changi City Point outlet where I came from earlier. Instead of buying 1 shoe, I bought 2 with additional apparel to go. Keep up the good work Bryan!

Location: excellent location since it was located in a mall and fully accessible by public transport
Footwear selection: as this is a premium outlet, so there were a lot of promotions ongoing and prices were at its best
Service: I like to recommend and commend this Chinese lady who worked in the store though I did not get her name. She had an excellent service attitude! First of all, she was very knowledgeable about the products they carry in store and about the sizing and specifications. Secondly, she was very helpful in giving information on where to get money out from ATM machine because I needed to draw cash to make payment. Thirdly, she was very proactive in helping customers with their needs.
It was a wonderful and pleasant delight to find such a professional customer service officer in New Balance! I hope New Balance will give her a promotion/payrise for her great work and superb service attitude. Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bryan displayed excellent attitude when serving me at 8 plus in the evening. It was a long day for him and was towards closing time. I tried quite a number of pairs of shoes some are recommended by him.Though I purchase none of them, he still welcome me back to the store again with enthusiasm. Salesperson like him is diffcult to come by these days. Good job Bryan! Thanks for the excellent service. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were 3 staff working while we were there and no one attended to us. Furthermore, we were the only customers in the store actively trying on shoes.
We had to look for shoe sizes on our own. We did approach a staff, but he walked off after assisting us to look for one shoe size. Very bad customer service. Never approached us once to ask if we required any assistance. Only looked from afar while we served ourselves.
