โ โ โ โ โ Came here to replace cracked control arm bushings on my Tiguan. 3 other workshops quoted me $300 - $500 but they charged me only $200 - way below the others! Fantastic.
Made the appointment at 11am on a Monday and everything was completed by 1215pm. Will definitely consider this place again. 5 stars for you!

Went for tuning here, after a few drives, error codes popped up, went back to them, brushed me off by saying they can only do some scanning and "hopefully" they find something. (red flag)
Didn't even knew I was their customer and asked me where I did my tuning. (red flag)
Assured me it'll be fixed. After collecting my car, the car basically feels like stock. Called the guy I've been talking to the ENTIRE day, he told me he knows NOTHING about tuning. (red flag)
Called another guy and the guy told me had to "tune" it down to get rid of the error codes, which contradicts the story of how the other guy said to me that the error codes popped up because they forget to clear it initially. (red flag)
Never got gas-lit like this in a long time and only after a while then I realised I've fallen victim to these vile people. Only after this happened then I chanced across the other 1-star reviews here that experienced similar situations as I did.
I wished I did more research before trusting them as much as I originally did. If you're reading this, you're in luck, and you know what to do.

Hands down, worst tuner.
Car jerks harshly after tuned by them, all they did was to blame the car hardware. Given the benefits of doubt, change the โspoiltโ parts (with them), problem still persist!!
Hard selling products when you DONโT NEED. Will upsell by saying your parts need replacement this and that.
Here and all, car ecu โupdated to latest tune versionโ suddenly the jerking problem gone.
Sent to other shop for dyno, the ecu was reflashed as stock. LOL LOL LOL!!
If can give zero star i will. The 1 star solely for the nice mechanics and not others.
DONT TRUST ME? Ask around in sg car community, dozens had nearly the same issue with this place.
Simply, Red flag this shop at all cost!!

โ โ โ โ โ Sent in my car for servicing, both Alvin & Derrick were really helpful when it turned out I had to replace a couple more parts due to wear and tear. They helped to expedite the process so I could collect my car on the same day. Prices are fair and service excellent. Thumbs up!

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent workmanship. Recommended to anyone and everyone who owns a vehicle as this is a workshop that doesnt give you nonsense but only honest words. I cannot emphasize on the importance of being honesty and integrity of workshops anymore. But Monster Tune has the best of being honest and integrity at the same time. Entrust your car with them and you can be sure that it will be well taken care of.
