Attentive and friendly customer service. Softest and one of the most comfortable pair of shoes thus far. Cherry on top is that it is a local brand, kudos to them.

Went to many shoe stores but the ergonomic ones were either too expensive or looked like sports shoes. I have tendonitis and wanted one I could still wear with office dresses. So happy to find sunnystep, very lightweight and I can feel the difference in my tendon pain. Just wish that it was available in real leather, as vegan leather is not as breathable and my feet gets a little sweaty esp in non air con areas.

Sunnystep shoe is a life saver. I highly recommend all to buy and try to feel it's benefits. Lightweight, Anti blister, Water resistant & most importantly stable arch support for my flat foot and to be honest I don't feel anymore soreness at my foot even after a long day of walking and standing. Try it to believe it. The sales lady, Haz at Vivo city is extremely patient in explaining the benefits it can brings me and I'm definitely buying another pair soon. Thank you Sunnystep for creating this awesome pair of shoes that will lighten people feet soreness and weight stress.

The location is perfect for the crowd traffic when I visited on March 13. The staff were very attentive, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos' to the exemplary service from a local well-made product.

Personally had a lot of difficulty finding an affordable, fitting and comfortable ergo shoes for my flat feet. Had chanced upon Sunnystep as i was shopping at vivo. The shoe's price point is rather affordable at $100 plus, compared to other ergos ( i had bought one western brand prior, at $250). Love the minimalistic shoe design (its hard to find pretty ergos!) and vegan leather. The shoe's wearing experience is comparable to Sketchers- lightweight, but seems to have more arch support (can feel a lump). The acupressure sole was comfortable as well. Thus far, my wearing experience has been positive, with lesser leg aches by the end of the day of walking. The only aspect i would have hoped to have is greater ankle support which might come with stiffer materials. The current leather is a bit too soft for my liking, as flat feets usually need a bit more support. Also will like to see more sandals options. Apart from this, i will also like to compliment sales staff Benjamin's patience in serving customer. Had gotten him to take out at least 10 pairs of shoes in total to just try. He has been patient throughout and had even tried to hear my concerns for the shoes to recommend those that may fit me more. In addition, his passion for the brand radiates from him. He had shared how the shoe benefited him and could see he genuinely enjoyed the shoes himself from user end as well.

These shoes are a totally different experience from any other shoes I've worn. It feels incredibly comfortable and super light weight. It's so well designed and has a wide range of colors to choose from. I love that it is made of vegan leather and is also water resistant (being that Singapore has rainy seasons, it's a plus for this shoe). You can simply use a moist cloth to wipe off any dirt. The shoe inserts are made with lots of thought providing acupressure points during long walks, arch support, and also front and back cushion. I only wish the inserts are machine washable. Or if they sell, then I would buy extra inserts to replace. My only regret is that I did not buy more of these shoes, but not to fret. The service is excellent and sales goes on quite often during special holidays and occasions. I'm definitely a return customer and would recommend to my family and friends. In a walking city like Singapore, these shoes are a must buy!

My profession requires me to walk and stand a lot which can be painful when I've a bunion. Sunnystep shoes make me feel like I'm bouncing off fluffy clouds and they make my feet so happy and satisfied!!! I also like that these shoes are water resistant and look trendy enough to wear even when I'm not at work. The salesperson (a young man) at Vivo City is very approachable and helpful too!
