★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called to check the price with one of the staff named VID / FID. What i can say is she has no manner or attitude at all. Been asking nicely but answer like sh*t and even when i said thank you she just put down the phone right after. Employ a good manner staff and kids friendly is the best thing for Smiggle can do. Not very rude staff instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best shop to buy kids school stuff. It's expensive but three quality cannot be compared. Really loved the things out there. Could not resist buying stuff. Smiggle should open outlets in India. It will indeed do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Smiggle water bottle is poorly designed. The straw is always stucked to the cap making it not possible for my child to drink from it. It was a waste of money and would not recommend for any one to buy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids absolutely love it here. I love how they've added a table for kids to draw, doodle and use all of their pens. What a smart way to get kids engaged. My kids ended up asking me to buy the gel pens that they used at the store. Friendly staff and well decorated store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees @ vivo smiggle is very lazy they closed earlier @ 20.30 even they should open till 21.00 and don't wanna help @ all when we wanna claim for GST refund. They even dare to said they closed 20.30 tell me to google it. i also take a picture of their face... coz really anggry with the service.... BAD EXPERIENCE hope the management reconsider their employees coz my daughter love their stuff....
