This is a good temporary place to stay. Pro's, Your average apartment is alright, with a weekly room maid service. Comes with free unlimited WiFi and a decent selection of TV channels. The place is pretty quiet. Con's, BBQ pits are out of order, spa's are broken, steam room is just a wooden bench in a glass box, the gym offers no weights, the view is horrible, there are fruit flies and ants everywhere inside.

Nice Italiano restaurant serving great Italian food. Japanese chef is also the boss is friendly takes pride in his cooking. Easy car parking at the basement. Enjoyed our meal and would repeat our visit again some time soon.

Tenants and buyers just avoid this development. Buying or renting here will be your biggest nightmare. Facilities as good as none, residential units are built with poor materials from the developers, no complimentary parking lots for residents. Things are just falling apart and many thing needs to be fixed or replaced. Not worth the price for what you are getting. Read the other reviews or just simply talk to the residents staying there. No wonder this is rated poorly on google and propertyguru!

Please take 5 minutes to read if you plan to buy/rent a unit in Alexis. You will thank yourself that you did. I shall write the truth and only the truth from my personal experience after staying here for a year under residential unit rental. Agents, Landlords and developers might hate me for spilling this hot cup of tea. If you are planning to buy a residential unit or rent a unit here, I suggest you better take your money elsewhere and run!! Agents selling you the unit will most likely tell you that this property will fetch you a high rental yield and low management fees... but really? Then why are there so many landlords are desperately trying to sell off this property even at a loss or a lower profit margin? Commercial units at the first floor have terrible footfall. The only constant crowd is inside the taekwondo school, NKF dialysis centre and F45 gym. Various commercial unit vacant for a very long time. As for the residential units... it is terrible. I don’t even know where to begin. Common corridors - If you happen to stay in the extreme ends corner units, when it rains, the corridors will flood with no proper drainage system. This explains the water marks you see all around the common corridors. Original unit flooring tiles - Tiles are made of poor quality materials, most unit that kept the original tiles by the developers would have cracks and stains all over the entire unit. Most agents selling the unit will tell you to just do an overlay of laminate flooring. Walls - Mouldy and coming apart with evident cracks all over. If your unit is facing the hill at the back, your furnitures and interior would have mould easily as the humidity level is terribly high with no sun. Constant wet hills + no sun = unlimited growth of mould. Built in cabinet fridge - Bosch brand. Sounds nice right? Just wait till something happens to it. Either you pay a whooping $5k to replace your broken fridge or knock down the entire cabinet. Maintenance for this brand of fridge is not cheap. Considering the age of this development, it is about time to replace the fridge too. Even Bosch contractors know this property is best to avoid as they’ve been coming here to fix the built in washer or fridge countless times. Needless to say, I had to replace the hinge of the fridge door at a whooping $200+ which costs more than a second hand fridge. Water seepage - through balcony window panels leaking to the stairs in penthouse unit Balcony flooding - after heavy rain and poor drainage system. Had to get plumbers to unclog using machine countless times at a high price. Units facing petrol kiosk - needless to say, endless fumes of petrol and diesel oil. Harmful to your health in the long run. Level 7 facilities - don’t even bother. At this premium price you’re paying, you’re not going to get your money’s worth. Swimming pool is poorly maintained with mould growing on the sides of the tiles. Decking on the 7th floor is basically coming apart. Management have turned a blind eye to this. Hot tub is all broken and as good as a breeding pond for insects especially mosquitoes. Hello, NEA? BBQ pit are out of order forever. The entire year of staying at Alexis, I have never seen anything fixed. Gym room is just a small store room space with no weights provided. I tried looking for the steam room for the longest time ever but I couldn’t find it. To my dismay, the security guard told me it is the glass room with just a wooden bench. Just turn the AC to rhe warmest temperature. Seriously? Big LOL. Even the guard laughed. The only thing I enjoyed staying here is it’s prime location and convenience of transportation. Bus stop is just at your doorstep, MRT 7 mins away. If you’re wondering why nothing has been done to improve the quality of living and the development, it is because the management couldn’t be bothered to. With only 13 owners turning up for the AGM, votes will never be enough to do any upgrading works. If you’re buying a unit here to stay, you better think thrice! No complimentary resident parking and refuse removal is $26 monthly!! Ouch

Doesn't feel like a condor, the worst part is the security here, really don't see any point the security station here, waste money.... All the facility didn't maintain probably...

Very small lobby so the security always give you headache especially you have to drop off/in your child at Maple Bear infant care.

Small units with inefficient layout. A lot of wastage and it's made worse when the floor area is already so small. Poor ventilation making the things inside the house mouldy. The air con, the panels, the clothes the bags, leather belts all mouldy in a short time. Unhealthy for people staying there. Zero facilities that are working Dark and wet carpark and need to pay extra on top of maintenance fees. Zero privacy for the units with patio. The neighbours can literally look into the unit and see everything. Not very convenient for female occupants. BCA does not approve my landlord application to partially enclose the patio. Warning that will be forced to remove and fine. Noisy and dusty. Speeding motorcycles and loud sports cars high rev loud exhaust all the time because near workshops. Horrible place with greedy owners. Not worth despite the location. Many many alternative choices. So happy to move out after my agreement ended.
