★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jeffrey Ng attended to my teeth's problem. He explained every questions raised in detail and patiently illustrating correct way of brushing teeth. Had a teeth X-ray, routine scaling and polishing. The charge is reasonable, service is good and thank you for such a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im very thankful for Dr Ng. Being a very fearful patient due to past dental visits at other clinics, i decided to give this place a try due to a friend's recommendation.
The doctor was patient and helped to explain the processes and also symptoms causes etc. It gives me a good understanding for whats happening and what causes it. Helps me appreciate the whole process and to endure through.
Despite feeling uncomfortable at times, the doctor was calm and ensured that my teeth were all fully cleaned before i could leave the clinic. No regrets now when i leave the place with such clean teeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good experience for me! I was attended to by Dr Christine and her assistant Marcus, who patiently guided me through the procedures. They were also very friendly which made me feel at ease.
What I felt was the best part about my experience is Dr Christine's consideration for her patients. Rather than just telling me to go through procedures and pay more, she gave me an estimated cost of each procedure (and whether there are CHAS subsidies) as well as how urgent she felt the procedure was (e.g. she told me I can consider removing my wisdom tooth before I turn 30 and it is not urgent as of now). This impressed me very much as she understands her patients may need time to consider about certain more costly procedures.
The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, the customer service at this clinic is a 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chan is very attentive and made the effort to explain every procedure to me. The nurse was also very polite. For someone who has an innate fear of dental visits, Dr Chan really put me at ease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that those claims about terrible customer service are totally not true.
Glee! receptionist was very efficient to confirm appointment the next morning after booking online. Helped to reschedule when that particular date is full. She was polite and considerate by confirming if needed to go by CHAS or personal insurance claim.
Am surprised by the entire scaling/polishing process, without causing much discomfort especially around sensitive part of gum. Given the good location, excellent service and gentle dentist, I don't see why they deserve those low ratings.
Looking forward to the next appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my parents for dental today. Have to say that Dr Nicholas Lee is very patient and understanding with them. I've also done scaling and polishing with him. Didn't feel much pain or tooth sensitivity. Overall am glad to visit this dentist. Kudos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had scaling and polishing done here on 18 Nov 2021, at around 8pm. Was looking for a dental clinic near my home, and saw the google reviews which made me decide to go here.
The receptionist there was prompt in scheduling my next appointment and is very friendly. She quickly WhatsApp me my x-rays and was very polite too.
Dr Isabelle was very patient and friendly too. She didn’t rush the cleaning and took the time to explain to me about my wisdom teeth and my general oral hygiene. The dental assistant was also very efficient and friendly as well. Definitely removed my fear of the dentist!
The clinic is really clean, and the dental room is well-lit and has a modern look to it.
Looking forward for my routine check ups here at Glee! dental in another 6 months ?

denture recently. Attended by Dr. Christine
who was very polite, friendly and well-mannered. Her service was second to none.
She listened to my expectations of the denture I wanted attentively. I am very satisfied with the denture made. Some minor
fine tuning and adjustment done subsequently
exudes her professionalism. Her dedication and commitment to her job was exemplary. It would be an injustice to her for not wanting to book future appointments with her.
I look forward to my next appointment.
