Price is very reasonable. No appointment necessary just turn up and join the Queue. Waiting time is reasonable too. Fuss-free FDW check-up.

Dr tay isnt compassionate. He appears to be alittle rude and tell me to go to hospital for bloodtest if we cannot wait.. what kind of attitude is this? We have been able to register for next day’s bloodtest slot until he didnt leave a memo to the reception on sat for monday bloodtest and he say he didnt promise to do it when i damn sure i did ask his assistance to help register for monday morning n he agreed. An apology was subsequently given for being rude to me in the first place.

The doctor is very kind, gentle and lenient. Had a diarrhoea and request for 1 day MC but she gave me 2 days instead. Overall, the clinic Service is good, but abit overprice even after minus off the CHAS card. But that's okay.

don't visit this place if you are a nsf. doctor just straight up changes his attitude.

Sure, Dr. Tay is experienced but he does not have compassion. I took time off work to see him in the evening (Arrived at 7:05pm when his evening shift started at 7pm). It wasn't very crowded yet he couldn't spare me 10 minutes of his time to treat my ears. He said treating me would result in a - I quote him - big backlog of patients. I checked the waitlist and there were 4 patients behind me. I was suffering from dizziness the past 4 days (due to ear imbalance) yet it was clear that my discomfort meant nothing compared to the extra 2.5 minutes the 4 persons behind me would have to wait. I'm sure as a patient I would understand if the person before me needed awhile more for his/her consultation. I asked again nicely but he was so insistent that I would cause too huge a delay for him to bear. This is ear flushing we are talking about, not a 3-hour surgery. I went to another clinic immediately and the ear flushing took just 7 minutes in total. Very disappointed in him.

Was feeling extremely nauseous but was turned away as "they had too many patients in front of me" and could not take me in despite it being 4pm and their closing time being 4.30pm. Almost fainted on the way back home too.... hope they can improve on their sense of compassion.

went on a Sunday. receptionists are considerably patient & polite. didnt have to wait for very long. Doc was quite professional and efficient. Removing one star becoz of the constant asking of qn by the receptionist to the doc during the consultation which was a bit disruptive.
