My first encounter with them is nothing short of shock!
They actually gave me one piece short!
They do not honour their exchange rate.
When they did the exchange, they actually charge me higher!
I have to remind them that they didn't give me the exact money and they didn't honour their exchange rate.
Avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be extremely cautious when changing money here. Bad business practice to ask for money before disclosing the actual rates they intend to transact with.
Be even more careful when they tell you that they do not have enough currency to change. This tactic is used to slow down the customer’s judgement to convert rates.
My case was when changing S$500 to yuan they said they don’t have enough so could only give me 2100 yuan for S$468 which I found out I could actually get 140 yuan more or they over charged me by approx S$30. Walked away unhappy with the rates and returned to ask for my money back and they negotiated and asked what would be acceptable for me and I asked for 100 yuan more and they were quick to top it up. Although it was still below market rates I let them have it since times are bad. But have I not returned to challenge them I would have been scammed off S$30 of hard earned money. Walao this is in a Singapore shopping mall sia and I totally didn’t expect this to happen. Don’t be caught off guard guys…!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, very Low rate yet only want to exchange to roundup currency which means $100 sg dollars he will asked you to give $95.85 something .. 95.83 will roundup to .85 by saying no small currencies. Felt like a tricky business not genuine.

The rates offered by the other money changer in nex is $20 cheaper for the conversion I did, which is quite ridiculous given that there’s another money changer just downstairs. Also, they take very long to get the money for you. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looting in day light. Terrible conversion rates. Particularly the lady managing the store never keeps the conversion rates on display, takes your cash and punches in before telling the rates, by the time you realise what happened, the money is already in her machine.
