★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothes are fine with affordable price for everyone. I went to the shop at clementi mall last week and found one dress which is not sale item. I did try that dress as I want to buy . After trying, i felt the dress wasn't suit me& i decided not to take it. Then one of the sale lady (looks like PRC) told me that "you think your arm are so fat and not suit with short sleeve , why did you try the dress? She even showed her sour face. I was really shocked her manner. I will never go that shop again and not worth it .
NO STAR AT ALL!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 dresses for $50 at clementi mall branch no trying allowed. One couldnt fit, went back to change . Contemplating one out of 2 dresses , salesgirl recommended one of them and guaranteed that can fit but end up cannot fit. Waste of money better shop at those shops that allow trying on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SALESGIRL HAS A VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE!!! WHY HAS SHE NOT BEEN FIRED FROM THE COMMENTS SHE HAS BEEN GETTING. I WENT IN TRIED AFEW DRESSES AND I ASKED HER FOR HELP SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND SHE MUMBLED UNDER HER BREATH UNHAPPILY. WHY OPEN A BUSINESS AND HAVE IT RUINED BY UNHAPPY STAFF. SHE SHOULD STAY AT HOME WITH THAT ATTITUDE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think they had a change of staff and was extremely happy patronising them today. The sales girl was super friendly and customer oriented. Only decided to purchase 1 piece but ended up buying 3 instead! Haha. Keep up the good work?! Support local businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nasty customer service. I tried on two clothes and dint like how it looked on me. So the lady very rudely asked me to put back the clothes on the shelf. I would have gladly helped her if she asked for help. Never going back. The clothes are not bad and prices are good. But someone teach the sales lady something(anything!) about customer service. She knows nothing.
Edit- well I guess I am not the only one complaining about the lady!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shop ever. They said the dress from another outlet would arrive in one day. My poor elderly mother went every single day to the shop for five days to collect the dress for me and still they had not brought in the dress. Finally a week later they said they brought in the wrong size and we asked for a refund. My mum spent bus fare to n fro for the stupid dress. What a useless shop! Really really poor service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others have mentioned, the chinese sales girl's attitude is not nice. I could sense it too. When you need help just talk firmly with her and she won't be too nasty to you.
