★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought it as recommended by a friend. However didn't have a good experience. Bought the white & beige pair for my mom, ended up having blisters at the back and the toe :( Not worth the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service I had a couple of months back was good. The lady serving my mum and I was patient with us and brought multiple sizes out for us to try. However, some of the designs my mum wanted were out of stock, I guess my mum just has good taste.
Unlike the Facebook advertising, in my opinion, the shoes are not comfortable for people with wide feet. Even after loosening the strings and trying to break into them, both my mum and I still don't feel comfortable in them. I had quite a few abrasions and my mum and I had bisters at the start (even with socks). The shoe does'nt give much support and the toe box too narrow for us.
I really like their charity cause and branding but I do not think the shoes suit everyone (esp if you have wide feet/ arch needs support).
