★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services, staff wasn’t friendly. Ask for size 7 but gave me wrong size, I only realised when I reached home already. By the way, the stuff that I bought can’t be return or exchange. I totally understand that staff are tired due to Black Friday sale, but at least try to entertain your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ann was super friendly and helpful. Recommended me the Atome app which gave me extra discount from the shoe price. Helped me with the app and helped me to call other outlets to ensure they have the size for the shoes i wanted as this outlet ran out of my size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went wedding shoe shopping with my family last night. Was promptly served by a chinese lady (who's name I unfortunately did not get) who was very helpful in recommending appropriate foot wear for my dad and I after looking at the outfits we planned to wear.
Payment was then handled by another service staff, Ann, who was a real star! She very patiently introduced us to using Atome to help us get the best deal on our shoes. Atome should seriously consider making her an ambassador or giving her commission xD. Very pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I would really like to commend the two staff of ALDO PLQ that attended to us the evening of 14 June 2022. I was in urgent need of new work shoes after our evening movie, so even though it was nearly their shop's closing time they gladly accommodated us. The female staff was especially patient and cheerful as we tried to find my wife a pair of sandals as well; eventually she couldn't find a pair (due to sizing not design) but the staff's patience was praiseworthy. In the end, I managed to get two new work shoes which are sleek and importantly comfortable at the same time. Thank you for the very positive experience here!
