β β β β β I came do health examination for PR application. In summary, fast and easy.
No appointment required, just walk in.
I came at 630pm. Nurse will ask you what are you there for and tell you what to do, and wait outside.
1. Scan for health declaration and safe entry.
2. Nurse will call for your name and ask you to provide the necessary documents and registration.
3. Once registered, you'll be given queue number to wait inside. They'll call for your number to verify details and make payment.
4. Once paid, proceed for x-ray taking.
5. Wait to be called for blood test. Remember to walk through the curtain by the aisle (not easily visible) instead of the nurse/doctor's back.
6. Doctor will return ID along with receipt. Return the following day (doctor will advice time) to collect report.
Was fast probably not many people. In front of me only 2 others. Nurses were nice and friendly. Cheers.

β β β β β unfriendly indian lady staff. donβt have any sympathy for those not feeling well. all i need was to see the doctor to get consultation. but instead she simply shoo me out of the clinic and commanded to wait outside.

β β β β β Use medical declaration for queue?! Often forgot /miss peopleβ¦ so the waiting time is 2hrs. This is not the worst partβ¦ when collect report, they let you put receipt in box, then you wait 1hr finally canβt bear and ask, they told you cannot find report first, then find out your receipt gone. : ( thatβs why you wait for 1 hr. Really bad luckβ¦ wonβt go there anymore

β β β β β Should have read all the bad review before visiting this clinic! The husband had a bad case of stomachache (suspected appendicitis). We came at 4.30pm and was told to come back at 5pm cos the doctor was not in. Waited till 5.30pm before was called to go in. The guy at the dispensary even told us there was a patient came much earlier so we are told to wait and the receptionist have the cheek to say why didn't you go to the hospital? So disappointed with the service ?. IS THIS how clinic operating? We came here because it is near to the house and secondly it is an "emergency" since the husband was in so much pain. Have we know that we need wait for 1 hour from the VIP doctor, yes we definitely already visiting a hospital!!

β β β β β This clinic does alot of FWMI everything in one house so you do not have to go to many places. They are efficient, queues can be long at times. But the price they charge are very reasonable. Doctor is a very nice person.

β β β β β Most of the staff seem impatient here. The lady handling payments and manning the phone was polite. They however, delivered my reports for same day service within 3 hours and there were no issues with it.

β β β β β Itβs honestly not that bad. I was there for medical check up. Fast service. Be sure to fill in the declaration form for registration before entering (Scan the qr code at the clinicβs door beforehand). Then proceed to the first counter for detailed registration. Wait to be seated inside, given number and being called by the dr for xray and more. & youβre done.
Didnβt get the result on the same day but thatβs fine.
Pro tips: be attentive & fast.
