Asked me to form another line so the people behind me followed and then just serve the other line and say only 1 line, not 2 line. What the hell is he trying to do and yes, the same old big size guy. Attitude problem, my mum said she experienced the same thing as well. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS MONEY CHANGER, LET HIM LEARN HIS LESSON FOR NOT TREATING PEOPLE NICELY!!
b	billeon chai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to change currency on Monday and met this elderly indian man...There are 2 counters operating and only this left one man will engaged in the exchanges of currency...Being the 1st time...I have no idea how it operates ...I was called to the man on the right counter...I told him the currency needed and he told me the rate...so i placed my Singapore notes inside the box ...than the left hand elderly RUDE man asked me to to go over...I went over and realised I have left my monies at the right counter box and quickly picked it up from the right box.I was scolded by the RUDE old man for being slow...and told me so many people waiting in the Q.. just cos of the short delayed. Anyway...the Q is formed up due to their inefficiency and inability.I think Junction 8 should stopped them to operate the stall and stopped their lease with so many bad reviews.Anyway ...this will be my 1st and also my last visit.
S	Shermaine Tung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t ever come here! Rate for £ was 1.675 on the board but when i changed it, the guy charged me 1.695. Also gave my paper notes but when I reached liverpool, i realised they stopped accepting paper notes. Capitaland can do better in selecting tenants
C	Champion Star on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before Covid already observed the Indian Muslim boss with spec and big size very impatient while doing the business and each time asked people to get lost after the deal. Today decided to go and have a look to see if he has change the attitude after two years of locked down unfortunately it is the same attitude and tone asking people to get lost. There were two in front of me being asked to get lost despite trying to clarify their queries. Will never ever go to this place again to deal with this type of person.
T	Thomas Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is so bad, don't understand why there's always a long queue. Witnessed the staff waving away a customer impatiently saying "go go". And also remember to check before leaving. One customer wanted RP but got RM instead. The staff asked the customer to join the queue again before correcting his own mistake! Won't be coming here again.
R	Ruth Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give it 0 if i could. Theres only 1 counter before they opened. and yet the guy split the queue into 2 lines and started to serve 1 line, ignoring the 2nd line. As a result, people who arrived later joined the 1st line. When confronted, he said theres only one line and that he intended to finish the line before serving the 2nd line (who had arrived earlier!) The guy ignored the complaints, and customers in the 2nd line left in disgust. There are other money changers who treat their customers better. Definitely not coming here anymore! Not worth the waiting and angst for bad service!!!

The uncle is old and irritating, the notes I gave him doesn't have $2 and his money counter showed. I asked him to recount and he refused to. I asked for 250 euros he collected the money but only gave me 150 euros. He said his receipt printed 150 so he gave me 150. In the end he recounted printed another receipt with 100 euros and asked me to "GO AWAY DONT WASTE MY TIME". You give him exact amount of 35 cents he will ask you to give him $2 then he will give you back $1.65. Really irritating this kind of person. If you think his rates are attractive and want to change money here, please ensure you check many times before leaving. Else I recommend you to try the one at Nex which is way better than this. 1st time years back short-changed about $20 this time is almost $150!!!

The impatient person seems to be the boss who is big in size and always in white shirt. I can always bring business to other places who appreciate it.
