My wife fully paid a mattress at Bishan and the delivery dates were missed for 3 consecutive times. 1st- rescheduled, 2nd- delivery team called last minute wanting push delivery time from 3-6pm to 9pm. 3rd- didnt turn up for delivery. This is totally not acceptable. I bought goods online, local supplier takes max 5 days to deliver but this Seahourse official seller takes one month also cannot deliver.
