However they hire people who are young and rude for weekends that disregards pleasantries or the though of informing the customers on additional rates and charges. stares at their phone more than be attentive to the customers.
A word of advise, you must enter knowing the rates and just make the transaction because they won't help you from here on out even if you are their only customer there.
Their exchange rates for SGD to currency of choice are priced at:
1.(***) SGD instead of starting from
1 SGD flat. This is confusing and that is where the hidden charges comes about.
A bad experience due to the human factor but not the worst.
There are other money changers within the location, and if you are not press for time, you can walk about to compare before making a decision.
