Rashid came out the next day to fix my stove.
He was courteous and helpful.
He explained the steps he was to take in order to fix the stove and gave me a quote on the spot.
Rashid was quick, clean and professional.

Moreover he explained the mechanism of how the igniter works which was very useful. I strongly recommend ARA Global for all kitchen repairs since they have experienced technicians like Rashid

After rectified and installed the ignition, he even made a trip to get a suitable switch to complete the whole function. He had demonstrated a few times of the gas stove ignition switch power on to ensure it was working well. I would like to praise him as a very responsible technician who took pride in his work. Thank you for his effort to go the extra mile to check all the knobs too.
